Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including cleaning, digging, and leveling.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Demolish structures and remove debris from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Keep work areas organized and document daily progress as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Boston job site.
