Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including excavation, dirt work, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, drywall hanging, and cleaning duties as directed by the foreman.
- Operate and maintain power tools and heavy machinery under strict supervision.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We provide comprehensive on-site training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on rugged terrain.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to the job site in Nashville, TN.
