Job Responsibilities
As a Laborer, you will be an essential part of our daily operations, ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pressure washers.
- Perform general site maintenance, including debris removal and trenching.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Measure and cut materials according to blueprints and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
