Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely.
- Perform general cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and instructions from site supervisors.
- Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
