Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (framing, drywall, concrete) with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials as directed by the foreman.
- Perform general cleanup duties at the end of each shift.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and calculating material needs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
