Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transporting of construction materials.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help with basic carpentry, concrete pouring, or framing tasks under supervision.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (where applicable) safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members on-site.
- Measure, cut, and handle lumber and other building materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantities.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
