Job Overview
As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects, from residential renovations to commercial developments. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and safety-first protocols.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Operate power tools, including saws, drills, and compressors, under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, and basic carpentry tasks.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen and project managers.
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
