Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials across job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including digging, leveling, and concrete pouring.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
