Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic site plans.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods without difficulty.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to job sites and ability to work varying shifts.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
