Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment, to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project progress.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and accurately.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and a strong desire to start a career in the electrical trade.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating electrical loads.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory).
