Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and trash hauling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools as trained.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation.
- Assist in setting up and taking down temporary structures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in construction labor is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
