Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials on-site.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including excavation and debris removal.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
