Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and moving materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform general labor tasks such as painting, cleaning, and site cleanup.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide training for the right candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and potential overtime.
- Valid Driver's License: Preferred for transporting tools and materials.
