Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks on-site.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials to the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to ensure a tidy workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the foreman.
- Hand and power tool operation (after training).
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects frequently.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and quantities.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
