Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks on the project.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Prepare and clean construction sites prior to and after project completion.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions from foremen.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow safety protocols.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction is a plus but not required.
