Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the job site.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform basic site measurements and prepare surfaces for construction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we train eager learners.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
