Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of foremen.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and transport them to job sites.
- Follow all project blueprints, safety protocols, and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy weights (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
