Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, roofing, and framing.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials and tools on the job site.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Transport heavy items and materials using dollies, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to ensure safe material moving operations.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for long periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Ability to pass a basic background check and drug screen.
