Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and according to instructions.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials as directed by the site supervisor.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Assist with basic concrete finishing, framing, or drywall hanging under supervision.
Qualifications
- No previous construction experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude towards learning.
