Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment safely.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, or setting up scaffolding.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision to perform basic construction duties.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to OSHA safety standards and site protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices (OSHA 10/30 preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from foremen and senior tradespeople.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the San Antonio area.
