Job Description:
As a Construction Laborer, you will support our skilled trades in various capacities. Your role is essential to the success of every project we undertake.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as jackhammers, generators, and drills.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic measurements.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not strictly required.
