Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and painting.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks onto job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety regulations are followed.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting heavy objects, and cleaning debris.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
