Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction projects and repairs.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety instructions.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
