Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including digging trenches and setting forms.
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâcomprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driverâs license and reliable transportation.
- Strong willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
