Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including excavation, loading, and unloading of materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as carpentry, masonry, or electrical work.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme heat or cold.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
