Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize them at the job site.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas, ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Demolish structures and remove debris efficiently.
- Assist with site preparation, including measuring and marking areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
