Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials (up to 50lbs).
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools (forklifts, jackhammers, etc.) safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, welders) with various tasks on site.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards before and after each shift.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trucks to storage areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Perform routine inspections of work areas to identify potential safety issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a Night Shift schedule (typically 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic blueprints or schematics.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
