Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and trash disposal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation according to blueprints.
- Perform basic digging, tamping, and leveling of foundations and grounds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and terminology is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
