Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site duties, including carrying materials and cleaning work areas.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper inventory management on the job site.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols strictly.
- Prepare construction sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris as needed.
- Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, hauling, and assisting with framing or drywall.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
