Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction tasks including loading, unloading, and staging materials at job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of debris or hazards to maintain safety standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly at all times.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items as required by the project scope.

Qualifications
