Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, shoveling, and hauling materials on job sites.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various construction tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites to maintain safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Clean work areas and remove debris daily to maintain site organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn new skills.
