Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Unload and organize building materials at the job site.
- Support framing, drywall installation, and general renovation duties.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
