Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, framing, and finishing.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and adhere to safety regulations.
- Perform general labor tasks such as hauling, mixing cement, and hauling dirt.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we are looking for hardworking candidates ready to learn.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
