Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and flooring installation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, digging, and setting up staging areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform general site maintenance and cleanup as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in construction.
