Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload materials and tools from delivery trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Transport materials to and from different work areas as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
