Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and supplies to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas, including removing debris and waste.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Measure and cut materials according to blueprints and instructions.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on site.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
