Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment efficiently.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal, trash disposal, and tool organization.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Measure and prepare areas for concrete pouring or framing.
- Communicate effectively with the site foreman and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy items and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
