Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of construction sites to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under the guidance of skilled supervisors.
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting heavy objects, and mixing concrete or mortar.
- Support lead tradespeople by providing necessary assistance to complete projects on schedule.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to site management promptly.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we are looking for a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting and standing.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are highly preferred.
