Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks on site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and ensuring proper storage of tools.
- Follow all project blueprints, safety protocols, and instructions from supervisors.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, tamping, and leveling.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
