Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions to ensure system efficiency and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Guide and mentor apprentices as needed to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Nebraska (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
