Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Equipment Operation: Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely under supervision (training provided).
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with various tasks as needed.
- Site Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, digging, and filling trenches.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Measurements: Assist in measuring and marking materials for cutting and assembly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero experience; we will teach you the skills you need.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Work Ethic: A strong willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a reliable work history.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
