Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and setup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and according to guidelines.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and trash disposal.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, lifting, bending).
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and standard procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with or without assistance.
