Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on job sites, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under strict supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, and concrete preparation.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans to ensure project accuracy.
- Load and unload construction materials efficiently to maintain project timelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on elevated surfaces.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
