Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate construction equipment (excavators, forklifts) with certification
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled tradesmen in concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for 8-12 hour night shifts
- Basic equipment operation skills (certified a plus)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
