Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and project cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and maintain organized work zones
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform basic trenching, shoveling, and concrete finishing tasks
- Participate in night shift operations from 6 PM - 6 AM
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
