Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks on the job site.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery (after training).
- Perform basic demolition, digging, and site preparation duties.
- Transport materials to and from work areas efficiently.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to follow all site safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
