Responsibilities
- Assist in building structures, including framing, pouring concrete, and installing fixtures
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and operate basic hand/power tools safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions
- Perform site cleanup and waste management tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Louisville
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
