Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist in digging trenches, foundations, and preparing sites for construction.
- Follow all safety protocols and site instructions from supervisors.
- Perform basic site cleanup and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Assist with framing, drywall, or concrete work as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quantities.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
