Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials and tools.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under the supervision of certified supervisors.
- Perform general site preparation tasks, including digging, hauling debris, and basic leveling.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from project managers and lead tradespeople to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse team to ensure seamless workflow on the job site.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical terrain.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Arlington job site.
