Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials on job sites.
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, grading, and leveling ground.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, or dump trucks under supervision.
- Unload and distribute construction materials from delivery trucks to work areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions from site supervisors to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with other crew members to complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as project demands require.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
